We’re starting a new media company from the ground up. Impossible, you say? We don’t think so. Here’s why.

That’s right, ladies and gentlemen—their message is weak, not strong. Fox News; CNN; CBS; Rush Limbaugh; Sean Hannity; AirAmerica; Clear Channel—we have nothing to fear from these people. They are the old. They are the tired. They are the past. They are the ones with nothing to offer for the future of America. All of their billions and all of their high overhead structures are linked and tied to the failed policies of a collapsing regime. These people; these companies; the old media institutions themselves—they are on their way to the dinosaur graveyard of bad ideas. They cannot, and will not, escape their fate.

Bad ideas. The old media structure reeks with them. Bad ideas permeate everything they say; everything they do; everything they stand for. They offer war—when the American people want peace. They shill for big government—when the American people want government to get off their backs. They stand for taxes, and socialism, and a crumbling welfare state—when the people want freedom. We hear lies and propaganda every day—at a time in America when truth is desperately needed. Bad ideas, ladies and gentlemen. The reason they will fail.

Basic Media, Inc. (our new company in formation) will deliver and carry a fundamentally different message to the American people. Our media content will offer a new set of values, and a fresh philosophy of hope and optimism. These will be our central points:

  1. End our overseas empire; and bring the troops home.

  2. End the Federal Reserve; break the debt money culture and the stranglehold of our bankers.

  3. Limit our central government to its proper Constitutional framework; end the income tax (and so much more).

  4. Dismantle the police state; and free the American people.

This, of course, is the very message that our old media icons seek to stifle, and ignore, and marginalize, and ridicule. The old media people loathe and despise these simple values, and the reason for their hatred is obvious, isn’t it? They hate our message BECAUSE it is strong. They stifle our message because they KNOW we’ll succeed if the American people hear our words. They hide the truth because truth exposes their lies. It’s no more complicated than that.

The essential first step is clear and obvious. We need to build community. Individuals acting alone cannot achieve a lasting success. Donations to the cause; volunteerism; good intentions—these things are immensely valuable, but they are not enough. We have to DO SOMETHING MORE. We have to FIND EACH OTHER, AND ACT TOGETHER. Our adversaries want to keep us separated, and divided, and apart. They want to keep us weak, and controlled, and silenced. They don’t want us to join together; to move in unison; to be like they are. Keeping us apart is the key to their power, ladies and gentlemen. They have community. And so must we.

Our community will start right here on the Internet. We’ll begin with the development of interesting and entertaining content for online radio and television, and the creation of a community web portal where our supporters can gather and find each other. Then we grow from there. We’ll start out small, with the sharing of voices and faces online. People talking, and spreading the words of freedom. When the time comes we’ll move off the Internet to terrestrial radio stations and television outlets across America. It won’t happen quickly. It won’t be easy. We should not kid ourselves—this effort will take time, and money, and energy, and vision. But it can be done, and it’s going to happen because it MUST happen. It’s going to happen because the time has come for the plundering of America to stop.

Building community—that’s what matters most, and that’s what we’re looking to achieve. Our financing tool is simple. We’re going to proceed with a public offering of stock through the Internet. Nothing quite like this has ever been done before, but something new is needed. So the day is coming when we’ll be asking you to invest in our vision. The choice will be yours to make.

That’s what’s we’re planning, but for now we ask only that you read and consider our written messages at breakthematrix.com. If you think we’re on the right track, click the pledge button. Show your support, and spread the word. Tell your friends, your family, your colleagues, and move the idea forward. The creation of our community has already begun, but we need to see it grow if we are going to truly have an impact in getting the word out to the American people. To our more than 5200 subscribers who’ve pledged so far, we say: THANK YOU. To those of you who are learning about us for the first time, we say: check it out. There will be much more to follow in upcoming weeks and months as we get things moving. It’s a process, one small step at a time, and this is merely the initial and non—binding “solicitation of interest” stage. We invite you in; the water’s fine. Tell us now if you’re interested; a detailed Offering Circular will follow later when the newly forming company is up and ready. In the meantime, here are the applicable Securities and Exchange Commission rules for where we are today:

  1. No money or other consideration is being solicited by this document, and if sent in response, will not be accepted;

  2. No sales of securities will be made or commitment to purchase accepted until delivery of an offering circular that includes complete information about the issuer and the offering;

  3. An indication of interest by a prospective investor involves no obligation or commitment of any kind.

As is our custom here at breakthematrix.com, we close with some words of Ron Paul from the presidential campaign trail. Dr. Paul says: “How can we ask one young American to die for a neocon empire?” How, indeed.

  3. I just discovered this (rather… eye-opening), video clip…

    Voluntary Servitude by Deception

    It explains the difference between…

    1. The [United States]; and

USC (United States Code) Title 28 § 3002: Definition (15).
** The “United States” is a federal corporation. ***

UCC (Universal Commercial Code) Article 9, § 9-307.
** The “United States” is located in the District of Columbia ***

    2. [The United States of America]
“The United States of America” is a Federal Constitutional Republic” [of states (i.e. “countries” -> NOT people).

  5. Great idea! Count me in guys!

A few years ago I was appalled that the corporate media was blacking out our Libertarian candidate for the Senate. No mention and tried to bar her from televised debates. My friends in the Green Party shared my concerns. I got an idea. I will ask the candidates to debate eachother anyway. Yeah! Sure, they would invite the corporate controlled candidates of the two party crimocracy but chances were, they wouldn’t show up. I started to have these huge notions that I could not only host one, but an entire series of debates. We could go from college to college. We could host them in parks and community libraries and hotels in every locality.
There was a libertarian leaning radiot talk show host in Philly at the time who I presented my idea to and he loved it. We looked for and found a venue. I contacted the candidates and they were game.
It was being set up. Then one day, just as all the plans were being solidified, out of the blue getting ready to walk my dog a friendly police officer approached me near my house. He first commented on my dog, then asked my name. I told him. He asked that I wait a minute as he looked through some papers he had on his seat. To my surprise, he got out of his car and presented me with an arrest warrant for not paying child support. WHAT? But my children were all grown and out of the house for at least four years and when they were growing up, I had sole custody of all three of them and had been recieving child support from my ex-wife to the tune of $800 per month. There had to be a mistake! He didn’t want to listen. He had the warrant. That was a Sat just before president’s day. Well as it turned out, I could not be arraigned until Monday when the ONLY judge who hears child support cases would be in. But Monday was president’s day and he wouldn’t be in. The next day that he would be in would be Thursday. See, the ONLY judge who hears these cases ONLY hears them on Mondays and Thursdays. I was put in a cell designed for two people, with three other guys and I was one of the guys without a bed, sleeping on the floor. Yeppers, Thursday came and loe and behold, the ONLY judge was on vacation. So I had to wait until the next Monday. No kidding. He was STILL on vacation. Now I had to wait until the next Thursday. Finally. Of course they let me out but the time for the debate had come and gone.

Moral of the story? Watch your ass.

There is another. My idea was GREAT. I knew it. The candidates KNEW it. The talk show host KNEW it.

I want to work with you guys to promote a series of debates all over the country in campuses, libraries, town squares, you name it and I want to include the third party candidates all to promote your new media empire of which I certainly want a part in to some extent. I am not jsut talking financially (some day if it takes off), but I want to play a part in helping to get this off the ground.

Another suggestion, is to get in touch with Rick over at Libertystickers.com and have some stickers made up. He’s a Ron Paul supporter a libertarian and shares our concerns about the control of the flow of information.

  7. Yes, of course! Perception control is the crux of the modern world’s predicament. Information wars are now critical to the state of mankind. The creation of a clean information structure is possibly the only thing that can return and protect freedom and reason. THANK YOU AND COUNT US IN!

    Thank you,

  10. This sounds like a great idea. I have been fed up with the ‘status quo’ for a while now – but this smoke and mirrors Hollywood-like staged election was the last straw. I would be more than willing to support an effort such as this in any way I can.

I am not sure what direction this would take – but it seems like from the message above that Basic Media, Inc. will at some point issue stock to raise money – which is a great idea. Instead of just donating money, backers like myself, would be able to buy stock and invest in something that they truly believe in. It would give everyone a sense of ownership – a great idea.

The time for the Neocon Empire to finally end is now. People need to hear the truth as opposed to the daily brainwashing they receive from the propaganda of the mainstream media. I really believe that the Neocons should be called Neo-Coms because hard line communists would be very proud of what they have achieved so far, as well as their plans for the future and a New World Order (and there is nothing conservative about the neocon agenda).

  11. Thank you for the updates.

I am completely in favor of these stated central points:

End our overseas empire; and bring the troops home.

End the Federal Reserve; break the debt money culture and the stranglehold of our bankers.

Limit our central government to its proper Constitutional framework; end the income tax (and so much more).

Dismantle the police state; and free the American people.

Looking forward to see what impact this group might have.

  17. You need to sell the equipment like Dish Network, or DirectTV, or whatever.
I would like to watch the computer youtube and google video on our big screen TV.

If you sold that equipment to do that along with your built in programming access, then you could grow fast.

Get the internet on the living room TV!!!!

  18. I’m in.

I can’t find a newspaper, TV or radio outlet, or popular magazine that’s not exactly what you describe. Shills for the status quo. Shills for big government, taxation, international meddling. Friends of the Fed disbasement of the currency. Propagandistas for the IRS, DEA, ATF, CIA, NSA, and other tax-payer funded outfits that operate against our Constitution.

I am SO in it, also, because of how I saw the mainstream media deliberately ignore and minimize (where they could not ignore) the only candidate that holds strictly to the social contract that binds us together as Americans–the US Constitution.

Let them sink into the bogs and may we (generously) forget that they were our fellow countrymen.
